There’s very little doubt that when Skin Central gets word that their next investigative subject is from Europe, there’s going to be a deluge of nudity (and subsequent boners) to come. The good news is that sexy actress Clara Bellar was born and raised in France. The better news is that she’s been naked on film. Most Americans probably know her as the robot in Steven Spielberg’s A.I. (2001), though she’s been acting since Fautso (1993). Her résumé is varied, having appeared in arty fare like Eric Rohmer’s Les Rendez-vous de Paris (1995), horror schlock like Paul Schrader’s Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist (2005), and more important to Mr. Skin, another prequel, The First 9 1/2 Weeks (1998), where she makes her first nude appearance on film, and it’s a nice one as she’s boffed against a wall totally nude and then cleans up in a bubble bath. She was most recently seen in Kill the Poor (2006), but let’s hope she kills more sperm with further skin scenes. It hasn’t happened yet, but Mr. Skin is a man of consummate optimism. Check out Clara’s recent recurring work on the boob tube (minus the boobs) in the show American Dreams. She can also be found looking sexy as hell in one episode from the series Futurestates. Clara returned to the silver screen in 2017 to tickle our loins again in The Lachance Kids. Is there any La-chance you could show us some full frontal in the coming months or years, Clara?
